Good day everyone! In order to let our dear customers know more about SSS’s service and functions, we have collected and sorted out some frequently asked questions for you. Let’s have a look!

1.Q:What kind of service can our consultants provide?

  • A: To consult with the third-parties

Help customers find supply chain companies, select reliable and stable suppliers.

Estimate freight and parcel weight, provide a reference for choosing a suitable shipping method.

2.Q: How can I search for products in your website?

  • A: Image Searching

You can take a photo or use an existing photo from your camera roll of an item you want to purchase and enter it into the search bar.

  • Keywords searching

You can use words or short phrases to represent the main ideas about the products that you want to purchase.

3. What are the 6 Channels on your website?

The 6 Channels are to guide our customers for products classification and we update them on daily basis.

4. Q: How long does it take to ship my orders?

  • AAir shipping: estimated 7-15days from our China’s warehouse (for collecting your parcels) to South Africa by door-to-door delivery.
  • : estimated 40-60 days, self-pickup and door-to-door delivery.

5. Q: Can I only buy several items for personal use?

 A: We only do wholesale and don’t recommend our customers just buy a few items, since the shipping fee will be too much. However, if you’re purchase a limited number of products, we suggest you registering a personal account and joining some SSS group-buy to save your shipping fee.

6. Q: What is SSS Group-Buy?

A: We authorize the Pro-Ambassador (PA) to guide customers to place the orders on SSS and combine your shipping orders to reduce the shipping fee cost. The parcel will arrive at the PA’s address first. Then PA will dispatch your orders with local couriers paid separately or self-pickup.

7. Q; If I’ve already had orders on my Purchase page, can I bind with Pro-Ambassador?

 A: Yes, you can. When you bind, it will ask you for the former order’s service fee, which is 10% of the order’s value.

8.  Q: What if I want to unbind?

 A: Contact your Chinese Assistant to unbind.

  • If there are no orders in the “Purchase” or “To ship” stage, you are out of the Group-Buy without any further actions.
  • If there are orders in the “Purchase” or “To ship” stage, half of the service fee will be refunded when you unbind.
